• WhatsApp Business Account Data (Yours CRM): WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and access tokens that you authorize us to use through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Conversation & Lead Data (Yours CRM): Messages (text, images, documents, audio, video), phone numbers, names, and message timestamps and delivery status of the customers who message a business using Yours CRM, along with lead details shared during those conversations.
• Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details (processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not store your raw card details).
• Derivative and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and tracking data from cookies or marketing pixels (e.g., Meta/LinkedIn tracking) when you interact with our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various professional purposes, including:

• To deliver, maintain, and improve our software, web, and desktop application development services.
• To manage and execute social media marketing campaigns, graphic design projects, and content writing deliverables.
• To connect a business's WhatsApp number to Yours CRM, and to send and receive WhatsApp messages on that business's behalf.
• To store conversations and leads so the business can manage them, and to provide automated or AI-assisted replies as configured by the business.
• To communicate with you regarding project updates, support, invoicing, and customer service.
• To send marketing communications, promotional offers, or target relevant advertisements (with your consent, where required).
• To secure our website and platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in the following specific scenarios:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform): To send and receive WhatsApp messages through Yours CRM, data is transmitted via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Use of the platform is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with trusted vendors who assist us with hosting (e.g., VPS providers), CRM management, automated workflows, AI model providers used for automated replies configured by the business, and payment processing, all under confidentiality obligations.
• For Development & API Integrations: When building custom software or setting up lead automation (like Meta Conversions API), data may pass through integrated APIs securely.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to databases and access tokens. We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Conversation and lead data in Yours CRM is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account closure or a valid deletion request, unless the law requires us to retain it longer.

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to analyze traffic, optimize your experience, and assist in our digital marketing campaigns. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, but this may affect certain features of our site.
